In 2023, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), under President Biden, recklessly expanded the availability of Mifepristone – known as the “abortion pill” – unleashing a national health crisis and moral devastation. This expansion involved a federal rule change that removed the in-person dispensing requirement and opened the door to the abortion pill being picked up at most retail pharmacies and even shipped in the mail directly to women’s homes. This rule change was driven by the abortion industry and groups like Planned Parenthood that primarily exist to ensure babies are killed via abortion by the hundreds of thousands.
The radical abortion lobby says the abortion pill is “safe,” but there’s nothing safe about ending the life of a baby. Furthermore, a study produced by the Ethics and Public Policy Center found that a staggering “10.93 percent of women experience sepsis, infection, hemorrhaging, or another serious or life-threatening adverse event within 45 days following a mifepristone abortion.”
This is far above the supposed 0.5 percent that the abortion lobby has claimed. President Trump’s Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr. has asked the FDA to review the regulations around this drug, but the FDA has yet to rescind the Biden-era rule change. I need your help to apply pressure to HHS and the FDA to move urgently to end this travesty.
Urge HHS to rescind the Biden-era expansion of accessibility to this dangerous drug.
Every day this lethal drug remains available, lives created in the image of God are being poisoned in their mothers’ wombs, and women are being misled into believing their own lives are in no danger from it. This is a far cry from healthcare – this is chemical warfare that is being sanctioned by the very agency tasked with protecting the health of the American people.
The FDA must reverse its approval of this dangerous drug without delay. In approving Mifepristone, the agency has abandoned its duty and betrayed the public it is charged with protecting. Now it falls to us – the American people who value life – to demand immediate action.
Urge the Trump HHS to begin the process of rescinding the expansion of abortion pill availability.
