Urgent: Tell GA legislators to sign election letter to VP Pence
Many Georgia legislators are fighting to expose illegal voting processes and fraudulent voting in the 2020 presidential election. They need your help. I urge you to take action now and help protect the electoral process of America's democratic republic. Violations of the state's legal voting process and election fraud have harmed Georgia's free and fair elections and negatively impacted the electoral process of selecting the next president of the United States. There are more than 400,000 possible illegal ballots in Georgia!
Contact your Georgia state senator and representative now. Strongly urge your legislators to join in signing a letter , drafted by Sen. William Ligon, urging Vice President Mike Pence to "delay the count of votes of the Electoral College for twelve (12) days."
The counting of electoral votes will begin on January 6 at 1:00 pm EST. It's urgent that you act now. The letter to Pence states, in part:
The undersigned Georgia legislators request that you delay the count of votes of the Electoral College for twelve (12) days to allow for further investigation of fraud, irregularities, and misconduct in the November 2020 General Election. We are aware that hearings in the Senate and in the House have already uncovered extensive irregularities and fraud. . . . Thorough investigations are necessary in order to arrive at the truth and to restore confidence in our elections. Thank you for your consideration of our request.
Georgia has 16 electoral votes, with a statewide vote tally currently estimated at 2,458,121 for President Trump and 2,472,098 for former Vice President Biden, a margin of approximately 12,670 votes. Non-legislative officials in Georgia also gutted security measures designed to ensure the integrity of mail-in ballots. In 2020, there were 1,305,659 absentee mail-in ballots submitted in Georgia. In 2016, 213,033 were submitted. Biden had almost double the number of absentee votes (65.32%) as President Trump (34.68%). Biden greatly benefited from these illegal acts.
It's very important to understand the fact that Article II, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution, the "appointment clause," grants state legislators complete authority and responsibility to appoint the electors from their state. This section states: "Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors."
Neither the governor, secretary of state, or attorney general has the legal authority to change election laws without legislative approval. Nor do the courts have this power.
Evidence of election law violations and election fraud.
On March 6, 2020, Georgia’s Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, without legislative approval, entered a Compromise Settlement Agreement and Release with the Democratic Party of Georgia. That settlement materially changed the statutory requirements for reviewing signatures on absentee ballot envelopes to confirm the voter’s identity by making it far more difficult to challenge defective signatures beyond the express mandatory procedures set forth in the Georgia code. As a consequence, the rejection rate for defective ballots dropped from 6.42% in 2016 to just .37% in 2020—a seventeen-fold drop. If the rejection rate of mailed-in absentee ballots remained the same in 2020 as it was in 2016, President Trump would win Georgia by 12,917 votes.
Secretary Raffensperger, without legislative approval, also unilaterally revoked Georgia’s statute prohibiting the opening of mail-in absentee ballots prior to Election Day. In April 2020, the state's Board of Election, adopted a rule to begin processing absentee ballots up to three weeks before Election Day. Outside parties were then given early and illegal access to purportedly defective ballots to "cure" or "fix" them in violation of Georgia law.
From the Navarro Report on Georgia election fraud:
In Georgia – underscoring the critical role any given category of election irregularities might play in determining the outcome – the estimated number of alleged deceased individuals casting votes almost exactly equals the Biden victory margin. (11)
On the Ghost Voter front, a "Ghost Voter" is a voter who requests and submits a ballot under the name of a voter who no longer resides at the address where that voter was registered. In Georgia for example, it is alleged that over 20,000 absentee or early voters – almost twice the Biden victory margin – cast their ballots after having moved out of state. (11)
In Georgia, more than 300,000 individuals were permitted to vote who had applied for an absentee ballot more than 180 days prior to the Election Day. This is a clear violation of state law. (17)
Please take action now and share this email with others in your state in your circle of influence. Only a strong grassroots response will help force your state Legislature to reclaim its constitutional authority and responsibility to address the illegal and fraudulent voting in your state.
